In responding to the public demand to create a cleaner, healthier environment in the hibachi steak houses, we at Roaster Tech have developed a way to eliminate the oily, smokey air which engulfs the restaurant.
Our new Downdraft Exhaust System places the exhaust duct beneath the table thereby eliminating the need for an exhaust hood above each table. The smoke will be pulled down into the exhaust duct located beneath the table, and make its way out of the restaurant through the duct. Most important, the Smokeless Hibachi Table is healthy, safe, economical, and easy to clean. Smoke will no longer be a health issue for your chefs and your customers.
