The First UL Certified Downdraft
BBQ TABLE in USA.
We offer a variety of Smokeless
BBQ Tables to meet your needs!
We carry different models of the Smokeless B.B.Q. Table.
You can choose a model according to your needs.
But most importantly, the Smokeless B.B.Q. Table is healthy, safe, economical, and easy to clean. Like the Smokeless Hibachi Table, the Smokeless B.B.Q. Table is a downdraft system where an exhaust hood above each table is unnecessary. The smoke will be pulled down into the exhaust duct located beneath the table and make its way out of the restaurant through the duct.
Smoke will no longer be a health issue for your chefs and your customers. The smell of oily smoke will not bother or stick to your customers or their clothes anymore. Your customers will be able to truly enjoy dinner in a smoke-free environment.
The Smokeless B.B.Q. Table handles BARBECUE, but also SHABUSHABU and SUKIYAKI with just one machine.
System
Exhaust Duct Design
In the TOTAL SYSTEMS DESIGN the most important consideration is to have the best and most suitable exhaust duct design for the site in order to achieve optimal performance of the B.B.Q. Tables. Rapid dehydration of the food being grilled and higher losses with the air conditioning will result when and if each B.B.Q. Table is improperly adjusted in respect to STATICS, AIR VOLUME, and AIR SPEED, disregarding the site conditions. However, at Roaster Tech, we will take these considerations seriously when installing Smokeless B.B.Q. Tables in your restaurant.
Furthermore, alignment of the center of the B.B.Q. Table with the center of the Exhaust Duct must be correct and precise in order to position the B.B.Q. Table in the planned locations.
Duct Connection
The B.B.Q. Table units are connected to the duct via the "Connection Drum" and the
discrepancies in elevation and center point can be eliminated using the built-in spring
device within the Drum.
Regular Size
This model is suitable for YAKINIKU, SHABUSHABU, SUKIYAKI, and the like in multiple uses. Yet, performance wise the Gas Burner B.B.Q. Table effectively saves
energy with lower gas and power consumption as well as only requiring a low air volume and static pressure.
